What I ate on July 31th

Breakfast: cucumber, celery, ginger and lime juice + cashews and coconut yogurt with seeds and nuts + herbal tea

Lunch: cooked pinto beans with crunch seeds, oven baked mushrooms and big salad + lime and water

Snack: 1 orange, walnuts

Dinner: oven baked cauliflower, tofu wrapped in lettuce with avocado and cucumber + water and lime


What I ate on July 30th

Breakfast: celery, cucumber, lime, beets, ginger and lettuce juice + seeds and nuts toast with cashew butter + herbal tea

Snack: 1 orange and almonds

Lunch: roasted bell peppers, tofu, broccoli, sesame seeds and sweet potato + lime and water

Snack: 1/2 apple with almond butter

Dinner: popcorn + cooked pinto beans


What I ate on July 29th

Breakfast: Cucumber, celery, lime, ginger and lettuce juice + cashews and coconut yogurt with hempseed, chia seed, walnuts, almonds and coconut chips

Snack: mixed nuts

Lunch: cooked pinto beans with crunch seeds + big salad with veggies + 1 orange

Snack: 1/2 apple with almond butter and cinnamon

Dinner: grilled tofu with veggies and oven baked yucca purée


What I ate on July 28th

Breakfast: beets, cucumber, celery, lime and ginger juice + tofu scramble with seeds and nuts toad and avocado

Snack: watermelon and peanuts

Lunch: grilled eggplant, mushrooms, onions, pumpkin, zucchini and tofu sausage with crunch seeds and kimchi

Snack: cashews and coconut yogurt with nuts and seeds

Dinner: popcorn + 1 apple + lime and water


What I ate on July 27th

Breakfast: Cucumber, celery, ginger, turmeric, kale and lime + almond meal and chickpeas flat bread with cashew butter + 1/2 cup of herbal tea

Snack: watermelon

Lunch: grilled corn, roasted veggies with tofu sausage and big green and red salad + lime and water

Snack: 1/2 apple and almond butter with cinnamon

Dinner: roasted veggies and tofu with oven baked yucca purée + lime and water


What I ate on July 26th

Breakfast: celery, cucumber, lime, ginger and kale juice + seeds and nuts toast with avocado

Snack: watermelon + walnuts

Lunch: zucchini, broccoli, lentils, pumpkin seed and quinoa + big green salad with veggies + 1 orange

Snack: apple with Almond butter

Dinner: stuffed bell pepper with mushrooms, quinoa, green peas and cashew cheese + mixed salad + water and lime


What I ate on July 25th

Breakfast: Celery, cucumber, ginger, spinach and lime juice + seeds and nuts toast with grilled tofu and avocado + herbal tea

Snack: almonds

Lunch: lentils with flaxseed + big salad with greens, veggies and pumpkin seeds + 1 orange

Snack: watermelon + walnuts

Dinner: roasted black bean and beets burger, hummus, pickles, onions wrapped on lettuce + water and lime

Snack: orange

Breakfast: Cucumber, celery, ginger, turmeric, kale and lime juice + seeds and nuts toast with avocado + herbal tea

Snack: almonds

Lunch: grilled mushrooms, broccoli, tofu sausage and bell pepper + mung beans with flaxseed + radicchio, avocado and arugula salad + 1 orange

Snack: watermelon

Dinner: cauliflower gnocchi with tomato sauce + lime and water


What I ate on July 23th

Breakfast: celery, cucumber, beets, ginger, lime and spinach juice + nuts and seeds toast with avocado + 1/2 herbal tea

Snack: peanuts

Lunch: big salada with radicchio, arugula and veggies + mung bean, tofu sausage and flaxseed + 1 orange

Snack: walnuts and cashews

Dinner: quinoa bowl with baked tofu, seaweed, avocado, veggies and Korean pepper paste + lime and water


What I ate on July 22th

Breakfast: celery, cucumber, lime, carrot and spinach juice + cashew yogurt with walnuts, chia seeds, hempseed and coconut chips + 1/2 cup herbal tea

Snack: oven baked chickpea snack

Lunch: quinoa bowl with edamame and veggies + 1 orange + lime and water

Snack: 1/2 apple with almond butter

Dinner: mung bean with seeds and grilled bok Choi + lime and water
