What I ate on July 21th

Breakfast: Cucumber, celery, ginger, lime and spinach juice + 2 nuts and seeds toast with sliced tofu and olive oil + herbal tea

Snack: mixed nuts + 1 orange

Lunch: grilled eggplant, mushrooms, onions, pumpkin, tofu sausage with seeds and sauerkraut + lime and water

Snack: melon

Dinner: beetroot and chickpeas hummus with celery, carrots, cucumber and bell pepper + lime and water


What I ate July 20th

Breakfast: celery, cucumber, lime, ginger and kale juice + grilled tofu with avocado and hempseed + 1/2 apple with almond butter with chia seeds + lemon tea

Snack: toasted edamame

Lunch: oven baked mushrooms, quinoa salad with green peas and veggies, toasted seaweed + water and lime

Snack: 1 orange and peanuts

Dinner: popcorn + melon and chia on coconut milk


What I ate July 19th

Breakfast: celery, cucumber, lime, kale and ginger juice + cashew yogurt with chia seeds, hempseed, walnuts, coconut chips + lemon tea

Snack: watermelon juice

Lunch: cauliflower gnocchi with onions, mushrooms, bell pepper, zucchini, tofu sausage, herbs and creamy quinoa sauce + lime and water

Snack: 1/2 apple with almond butter and hempseed

Dinner: green salad with oven baked chickpeas and veggies + lime and water


What I ate on July 12th

Breakfast: Cucumber, celery, lime, ginger, spinach and kale juice + seeds and nuts toast with cashew cream and sliced tofu + 1/2 cup of coffee

Snack: almonds and raisins

Lunch: broccoli, mushrooms, onions, spinach, zucchini and lentils with flaxseed flour + water and lime

Snack: peanut butter on rice crackers

Dinner: cauliflower gnocchi with lentils and tofu sausage sauce + water and lime


What I ate on July 11th

Breakfast: Cucumber, celery, lime, kale and spinach juice + crunch tapioca with cashew cream + 1/2 banana with flaxseed, chia seed and hempseed + 1/2 cup of coffee

Snack: peanuts

Lunch: quinoa bowl with edamame and veggies + green salad + lime and water

Snack: watermelon and almonds

Dinner: veggies, tofu and mushrooms with very little sweet potato Korean pasta


What I ate on July 10th

Breakfast: cashews and coconut yogurt with strawberries, blueberries, hempseed and chia seeds + 1 nuts and seeds toast with cashew cream and sliced tofu + 1/2 cup of coffee

Snack: peanuts

Lunch: grilled tofu slices with quinoa and veggie big salad + 1 peach + lime and water

Snack: watermelon popsicle with chia seeds

Dinner: green salad with peas, beetroot, toasted sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds


What I ate on July 9th

Breakfast: seeds and nuts toast with avocado and cashew cream + 1/2 cup of coffee

Snack:

Lunch: Black beans with sweet plantain and salad + watermelon juice

Snack: rice cakes with peanut butter and raisins

Dinner: spinach and veggies salad with falafel + lime and water + 1 peach


What I ate on July 8th

Breakfast: cucumber, spinach, kale, celery, ginger and carrot juice + tofu scramble, 1/2 avocado on nuts and seeds toast + 1/2 cup of coffee

Snack: 1 peach

Lunch: quinoa bowl with veggies, kale salad and toasted seaweed + lime and water

Snack: unsweetened cashew yogurt with strawberries, blueberries and flax seeds

Dinner: crunch tapioca with tofu and tomato + lime and water + 1 peach


What I ate on July 7th

Breakfast: Orange, celery, cucumber, spinach, kale and lime juice + seeds and grains toast with vegan cashew butter + 1/2 cup of coffee

Snack: mixed nuts + 1 peach

Lunch: Oven baked tofu, cauliflower and broccoli with Korean spicy sauce on lettuce wraps and avocado + lime and water

Snack: unsweetened cashew and coconut yogurt with strawberries, blueberries and hempseed

Dinner: popcorn + water and lime


What I ate on July 6th

Breakfast: Beets, celery, lime, ginger and kale juice + cassava little bread with avocado + 1/2 cup of coffee

Snack: Peruvian corn + 1 guava

Lunch: Leafy green salad with veggies and lentils, falafel + lime and water

Snack: watermelon

Dinner: cauliflower crust pizza with homemade tomato sauce, cashew cheese and veggies + 1 peach
