Breakfast: cashews and coconut yogurt with strawberries, blueberries, hempseed and chia seeds + 1 nuts and seeds toast with cashew cream and sliced tofu + 1/2 cup of coffee

Snack: peanuts

Lunch: grilled tofu slices with quinoa and veggie big salad + 1 peach + lime and water

Snack: watermelon popsicle with chia seeds

Dinner: green salad with peas, beetroot, toasted sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds

Breakfast: seeds and nuts toast with avocado and cashew cream + 1/2 cup of coffee

Snack:

Lunch: Black beans with sweet plantain and salad + watermelon juice

Snack: rice cakes with peanut butter and raisins

Dinner: spinach and veggies salad with falafel + lime and water + 1 peach

Breakfast: cucumber, spinach, kale, celery, ginger and carrot juice + tofu scramble, 1/2 avocado on nuts and seeds toast + 1/2 cup of coffee

Snack: 1 peach

Lunch: quinoa bowl with veggies, kale salad and toasted seaweed + lime and water

Snack: unsweetened cashew yogurt with strawberries, blueberries and flax seeds

Dinner: crunch tapioca with tofu and tomato + lime and water + 1 peach

Breakfast: Orange, celery, cucumber, spinach, kale and lime juice + seeds and grains toast with vegan cashew butter + 1/2 cup of coffee

Snack: mixed nuts + 1 peach

Lunch: Oven baked tofu, cauliflower and broccoli with Korean spicy sauce on lettuce wraps and avocado + lime and water

Snack: unsweetened cashew and coconut yogurt with strawberries, blueberries and hempseed

Dinner: popcorn + water and lime

Breakfast: Beets, celery, lime, ginger and kale juice + cassava little bread with avocado + 1/2 cup of coffee

Snack: Peruvian corn + 1 guava

Lunch: Leafy green salad with veggies and lentils, falafel + lime and water

Snack: watermelon

Dinner: cauliflower crust pizza with homemade tomato sauce, cashew cheese and veggies + 1 peach

Breakfast: 1 rice cake with avocado + 1 rice cake with peanut butter and hempseed + 1/2 cup of coffee

Snack: açaí cream with strawberry and blueberries

Lunch: brown rice, baked tofu, edamame, veggies, seaweed, avocado and sesame seeds on spicy Korean sauce + water and lime

Snack: watermelon + peanuts

Dinner: chickpea pasta with tomato sauce, tofu sausage, broccoli and olives.

Breakfast: Cassava mini bead with tofu scramble and seeds + avocado + 1/2 cup of coffee

Snack: watermelon

Lunch: oven baked falafel, veggies and mixed greens salad.

Snack: nuts and seeds crumble with banana

Dinner: popcorn + watermelon

Snack: almonds

Lunch: lentils with little brow rice, tofu sausage, green salad

Snack: cassava and seeds bread + watermelon

Dinner: cauliflower gnocchi with veggies and green peas + watermelon + water and lime

lunch: tapioca with tofu, tomato and olive oil

Snack: rice cake with peanut butter + strawberry and banana smoothie with flaxseed

Dinner: oven baked spicy tofu, steamed broccoli, kimchi and lettuce

Breakfast: tofu scramble with sunflower seeds, spinach and olive oil + 1 orange + 1/2 cup coffee

Snack: peanuts

Lunch: cooked lentils with potato purée, colorful salad with flaxseed. Water and lime

Snack: cashew and coconut yogurt with hemp seed, blueberries and coconut chips

Dinner: hummus with veggies.
