Breakfast: Cucumber, celery, lime, ginger, spinach and kale juice + seeds and nuts toast with cashew cream and sliced tofu + 1/2 cup of coffee
Snack: almonds and raisins
Lunch: broccoli, mushrooms, onions, spinach, zucchini and lentils with flaxseed flour + water and lime
Snack: peanut butter on rice crackers
Dinner: cauliflower gnocchi with lentils and tofu sausage sauce + water and lime
