Breakfast: Cucumber, celery, ginger, lime and spinach juice + 2 nuts and seeds toast with sliced tofu and olive oil + herbal tea
Snack: mixed nuts + 1 orange
Lunch: grilled eggplant, mushrooms, onions, pumpkin, tofu sausage with seeds and sauerkraut + lime and water
Snack: melon
Dinner: beetroot and chickpeas hummus with celery, carrots, cucumber and bell pepper + lime and water
