Breakfast: Orange, celery, cucumber, spinach, kale and lime juice + seeds and grains toast with vegan cashew butter + 1/2 cup of coffee
Snack: mixed nuts + 1 peach
Lunch: Oven baked tofu, cauliflower and broccoli with Korean spicy sauce on lettuce wraps and avocado + lime and water
Snack: unsweetened cashew and coconut yogurt with strawberries, blueberries and hempseed
Dinner: popcorn + water and lime
